Support page DOWN...!

None of the drop down menus open any options.

I had hoped this would be fixed by now - it's been down since yesterday afternoon (Eastern time, at least).

maybe the reason is the same as i had yesterday all pages down.

my problem was that i had in browser history http://www.blackmagic-design.com

It is not working any more and it should be

http://www.blackmagicdesign.com

nope - that's not it. It happens on any computer (and my iPhone), on any browser, including the Windows PC's we have here that we don't use on the internet normally. something's definitely up with the support site - the main page comes up, but you can't get to the list of products after selecting your OS.

one possibility is that the javascript that populates those pulldown menus is still pointing to the old site, which is now offline (blackmagic-design.com) -- if that's the case, it's something BMD needs to fix on their end. but that's just a guess as to what might be happening.
