Sound Glitch, Extreme Audio Hit on Playback

Anyone else have an extreme audio hit for less than a second when playing back the timeline? I've had it happen during Edit and Fairlight.

It's horrible when wearing headphones.

Thought I was immune, alas this is happening to me as well. On the edit page moving the playhead around will result in random loud pops and clicks. It doesn't happen at the same spots consistently.

Happens with two interfaces that I've tested, Dante Virtual Soundcard and PreSonus 24.

It however only happens when moving the playhead rapidly, moving at my normal pace doesn't seem to cause the problem.

And I just noticed that's with the Monitoring volume on the Fairlight page turned real low. Once I restored to my normal levels, I couldn't seem to get the pop and click to re occur.

Edit - has been happening with monitoring at normal levels too.

Yes I'm getting the same issue with Resolve Studio 16.1.1.005
It happens especially often after I trim clips with the blade tool and then press play. This issue is making editing in Resolve a bit of a nightmare because the audio hits are at max volume.

Still happening, in fact it's gotten worse since the latest upgrading to 16.1.1.005. It's almost useless as we're trying to complete the TV show. Can't wear headphones and can't have the studio speakers turned up. This popping happens every time we edit, make a change and hit "play". Doesn't matter what window we're in.

Yes, super frustrating for sure! I've just sent a project and sample files to BM so hopefully they can replicate the issue on their end.
