DaVinci Resolve.pdf that comes with the program and has 3016 pages :-) and a lot of examples inside, so i guess there is some project file(s) for this

There's no sample files per se with the manual, but the Training Guides at this link do have sample files available:

The major tutorial vendors (Ripple Training, MixingLight, FXPHD) all have online courses and do provide various files with their training. Note all of them are authorized Blackmagic trainers, so they follow a well-structured plan that's perfect for beginners.
