Beginner help: Expanding time/speed on keyframes

PostFri Jan 10, 2020 5:34 pm

Hi, girls and guys :) I have worked on a fusion composition for some days now and I was pleased with the result. First of all I have found out that my computer is really slow so the speed of the animation is really slow in fusion, but after rendering the video + animation I see that the animation is too fast. Is there any way to slow the animation down? I tried a speed node but it will not render correctly. I have searched for some type of key frame stretching in Fusion but can’t find anything.
Really hope someone in here have a good answer for my problem :)

Have a nice weekend everyone :)

EDIT: I have found a time stretch function inntjening keyframe tab in fusion. Problem is that I have 12-15 animations going on so to timestretch one by one could be quite difficult I’ve tried to selct all animations but that doesn’t help. So is there a way to time stretch the keyfram automations in bulk?

If you look in the splines view, you will find that all the animations are there as well.
If you select all the keyframes in the splineview there are different options to timescale all of them simultaneously. You can use the time fields at the bottom set to timescale to scale around the current time indicator. Or you could put a shape box around the animations and scale them visually.
Bottom line: the spline editor is your friend in cases like this. The keyframe tab not so much.
