I have called Technical Support nearly four or five times, tried to download almost every version of Blackmagic Desktop , and even changed the resolution, and frame rate. I'm so tired. Please help me! Nothing is working! My camera is capturing on Media Express, but the Blackmagic Desktop isn't being recognized. I'm using the H.264 Pro Recorder with a JVC 4K Cam Model number GY-HM200U and an HDMI cord as the source. I don't know what else to do! Help!
