Best Extern AMD GPU

What would be the best AMD GPU for an external use on a iMac or MacBook Pro 2019 ?

Maybe the Radeon 7, or one of the newer Navi GPUs I think.

Watch out for enough power!
Now that the cat #19 is out of the bag, test it as much as you can and use the subforum.
