Your question is a bit vague so its hard to pinpoint one solution. If you just want to transition an image of a chocolate bar into a chocolate bunny, it sounds like you want to 'morph' the two images, from one to the other. Try checking out some morphing graphics tutorials on youtube to explore the technique in general terms.
If you want a simple and quick 'trick', try using the grid warp node to animate the two images towards each other's shapes.
If you want a more elegant and smooth morph, as you would see in movies and commercials, that would likely be a 3D geometry modeling animation; and would require some technical expertise with modeling and texturing.
