DaVinci Resolve Studio 16 refuses to load!!!

Hi My Davinci Resolve studio 16 refuses to load on my Mac Pro 5.1 it just shows the start up page the just crashes after it says ready. i have re-installed and installed 5 times i even tried to install 16.1.1 instead of 16.1.2 nothing im very troubled by this what could be THE REASON..are the any solutions or a fix

processor : 2 x 3,46 ghz 6 -core intel xeon
memory : 64 gb 1066 mhz ddr3 ram

the error im getting here is it wont allow me to set up a new database so i can save my workflkow on my external hardrive i keep getting this message error ( i just attached the screengrab of the error message)

I'm very distressed about this, because when i re-installed daVinci resolve it just stopped loading completely on the mac pro after the error and fresh re-install and I'm running DaVinci Resolve 16 studio on both machines. im basically screwed . coz i cant get anything done as far as resolve is concerned on both machines. PLEASE HELP!!!

HI Guys anyone else gotten this message error while trying to create a "New Database" so you can have files saved on an external hardrive incase you need to work on a different computer. My DaVinci Resolve 16 studio full licensed version is giving me alot of issues it firstly wont load on my Mac Pro just crashes at each start up and wont allow me to create New Databases on MacBookPro i get this message. Please if anyone has a fix.

My Davinci has been giving restart issues, i had to uninstall and re-install it so it can work because it wouldnt allow me to create "New Database" but after i re-installed,it just would'nt start up. now that is has there's no "Local Database" tap. it seems to be missing. please Help!

Do u have 16.2.1 studio from the Bmd web site installed?
What Exact OS version is in that machine.
Please generate diagnostic logs after Resolve starts and if it doesn’t follow the FAQs info on where the manual creation process is.

resolve starts now but it doesnt allow me to set database not even a local i'll send two screengrabs of what happens. but what happens is when i go to the create "New Database" tap in the botton i select "create tab" then select which hardrive to create the folder for this new database, and select the folder i get an error msg reading "ERROR DATABASE NAME CAN NOT BE EMPTY" so im confused by that because im following the proper protocol to create a database. if you notice on the left of my davinci there is no "local database" tab the default one you get when you open davinci[/b]

so i just tried again to create a database and it gave me this pop msg and i just copied and pasted the crash log details
