Please understand that my suggestion based on the deep analysis of more than one case, where a user actually reached out to support and provided project files. Invariably linked clips were involved.
I think that you guys really need to work on the quality of your support. Have you really read all the posts here? You guys ask for specs all the time, and when given, the support is nowhere to be found or heard of again. Besides... option-click will not work in my case, now would it (read the specs, PLEASE).
BMD support became as unstable as DR16.x.x! How else would you explain the constant ignoring of all the those customer problems with the latest versions of DR. Problems that are clearly software based.
