Connector Mapping for DeckLink Quad 2

Hello everyone, I have a problem with the DeckLink Quad 2, I can't have the 8 outputs. On the manual I find a section about connector mapping but I don't have it on my soft.

And here a capture of the soft. I'm running this card on a linux, with the last version of Desktop Video : 11.5. I use FFMPEG to output a RTSP stream.

If you have some trick to solve this problem. I try to contact BlackMagic but I don't have any answer..

When you open Desktop Video Setup, does it say DeckLink Quad 2 or just DeckLink Quad? If the latter, you do not have the ability to set the connections up for bi-directional mode and will be limited to 4 ingests.

When I open Video Desktop it's just writen DeckLink SDI.
