Pocket 4K will not update from 6.6 to 6.8

Hi there,

When I connect my Pocket 4K to my mac to update, it sees the camera, but when I click on the update button, the power goes off on my camera and the update does not happen.

Anyone able to help with this?

Sounds like you still have FW 6.6 on your computer. First use the remove software utility in the BM folder to remove 6.6, then reload 6.8 and after 6.8 installs, run the update process, should load now. The updates is seeing 6.6 and sees camera at same, so will not update. You need to remove the previous 6.6 update and utility first.
