Hi all... Brand new to the forum and looking forward to learning from, (and hopefully contributing a bit too!), to this community. However, we've had an Mini Pro on order now for 6 weeks and it was announced a bit before that as "available now" so I'm just trying to figure out if it's actually shipping or if it's been halted. I'm not afraid to hear the truth, but regardless of all the variables with Covid-19 (including a pent up demand for a new product that seems to check a lot of boxes for buyers), this is just getting a bit weird as to the lack of information being shared by BM in my opinion. The dealer we ordered from won't disclose how many orders we are behind or how many they have on backorder with BM so I'm just trying to gauge if I should consider cancelling and look at other products. Well, that and we're just eager to give it a spin to be honest, LOL!
All kidding aside, was looking at trying to standardize workflows at 2 locations around BM products, including cameras, as I absolutely love the idea of the "eco-system" approach. However, I'd like to hear opinions as to whether this is a unique time/situation on this particular item or a more systemic problem in general with this line of gear.
