Can Da Vinci Resolve accomplish multiple-screen renderings like the A Cappella app?

Not directly. You can work around it with nested timelines, but it might not be the best solution.
Now that the cat #19 is out of the bag, test it as much as you can and use the subforum.

What exactly do you need? What is the full resolution and how many screens will it be split into?
It might be a job to share between DR and AE. We once made a huge split projection that way for an art gallery.

That shouldn't be a problem for any decent machine with a good GPU, since YT maxes at 4K. So, each 'screen' would be only HD. Just use a UHD timeline, four tracks and scale/position them with the inspector.

I was thinking of something much more massive – we did 16K ;-)
