Issues with Intensity Pro 4K and Ubuntu 20.04

I first tried to install the Desktop software from the Packages app but it stalled at 98%. I since tried have tried several times to run it from the terminal but it fails to lode the driver. What version of the desktop video software should be run with ubuntu 20.04?

Have you installed the Kernel headers?

No I did not. I'll have to check the readme file that came with the drivers again but I did not see any instructions on how to do that.

Sorry I did not reply sooner but I did finally get a solution. I spoke with a Blackmagic developer and got the needed instructions to load the driver header files. I had had to manually load the drivers. Since then the unit is running great. I stream to Twitch using OBS.

Can you share how to install headers?
