unable to get ATEM Mini Pro to work

I am unable to get the ATEM Mini Pro to be seen by my Mac.I have tried numerous things with IP dresses but nothing works.

All I get is this message: see attachment


Also, nothing happens or is accessible when I put my usb-c cable form the Atem to the Mac.


Spent all day but didn't figure its out.

Hello Alain. to see the menu for setting the IP address you must connect a USB cable to the ATEM and run the ATEM Setup Utility. This cable needs to support data and not just a charging cable. If you still don't see the ATEM in Setup, check your "About This Mac"->System Report. Under both Camera and Audio there should be a Blackmagic Design device. If you do not see this, it could be a cable, connection or problem with the Mini. Sometimes a power cycle or re connection helps. You may need to contact Support in your region. Stay safe.

I got it working now. Able to stream and get on the internet and my Mac.
Next thing I am wondering is why the Desktop Video Software isn't seeing my Mini Pro.
Do you have any idea?
And is it necessary? Because it seems I can do everything by ATEM Software Control.

I thought I had it figured out, but I don't.

The reason it is working is because I connected it with my USB-c cable. So the Mac sees it as a webcam and I can stream with FB or YT.
But when I take that connection away, I lose connection, so that tells me the Mini Pro still doesn't make any internet connection.
What to do?
