Mini Converters with Decklink Duo 2

Hello,

I have just purchased a Decklink Duo 2 for use in our studio.

I am either having a massive brain fart and dot doing something right or not but...

I am trying to go from a Roland vision mixer, HDMI into a BM HDMI - SDI mini converter, then SDI from that mini converter into the Decklink Duo 2. Ive tried all slots in the back of the card and I still dont have any signal.

I am going into LiveStream Studio 6 with no success, and even trying to use the Black Magic Media Express software, it doesn't show up there either.

Does anyone have any advice for me?

What are your settings in the Desktop Video Setup app for the Duo 2?

And, if you don't mind me asking, where on Earth were you able to find a Duo 2 in stock right now?
