UltraStudio 4K Mini Portable Thunderbo 3 It does n turn on

PostFri Jul 24, 2020 5:11 pm

Hello, this is the second computer that I test, opening the box since new. I connect the device to the electrical network (110v), which is very safe, and the device does not turn on. With the first one I thought it was bad in the factory, I changed it and this one does not turn on either. Any idea what it could be? I already tried several power cables.

and your computer has thunderbolt? which one?
or only a USB-C connector with USB only? then it can't work!

USB-C vs TB3 > different symbols!

and if a flash on your computer, you need also the flash + 3 on the cable
only then it is a TB3 connection

If the cable needs flash +3, why doesn't the Apple Thunderbolt adapters not have +3 on them? Is it because they are video only and not data? I have a similar post to this and no power to my intensity extreme. I don't know if it is the adapter or that the product is not TB3 compatible,.thanks
