Intensity Extreme

Hi,
I'm new to this forum. I Have just purchased a Intensity extreme TB device. I'm trying to connect it to an Alienware 13R3 TB3 laptop, via a TB to TB3 adapter. The issue I'm having is no power on the Intensity extreme device. I confirmed power is on the TB3 port. Question, is the Intensity extreme compatible with TB3? Is there a way to test Intensity extreme by just connecting it directly to a phone power charger? Thanks

Is this product compatible with TB3? Or is it the adapter? The adapter being a cheap non brand adapter. Thanks

So spoke to support who suggested the adapter. Have now purchased an Apple adapter and power is now available. However, media express has a pop up stating hardware not supported and will use default project settings. The device is not showing in media express or Davinci resolve. I'm using the the media express software that came with the device 3.0.3. Help! Thanks

All working now. Updated software to a later version.
