Hello
We just purchased a new edit PC and knowing that we would want to use our Ultrastudio 4K we made sure that we got the ASRock X570 Creator motherboard as it comes with 2 thunderbolt connections.
I have connected the Ultrastudio 4K to the ASRock X570 via the apple Thunderbolt 3 to 2 converter but the Ultrastudio isn't being detected in the device manager or in the Desktop Video Setup software.
I can plug my phone in to the thunderbolt 3 ports fine so they are definitely working.
I was wondering if anyone has any comments on this and what a solution would be?
