I'd expect that this will likely end up depending on the H.264 decoding engine in the ATEM Streaming Bridge. If I had to guess, I'd say that it will probably only be capable of decoding H.264 video that is encoded in the specific flavors that the ATEM Mini Pro (and ATEM Mini Pro ISO) support for streaming.
If you are able to exactly match the H.264 encoding specs (including resolution, frame rate, bit depth, chroma subsampling, entropy encoding, audio codec, etc.) of one of the ATEM Mini Pro encoding formats, and send that to the ATEM Streaming Bridge from some other encoder, then it probably has a decent chance of working (since the RTMP protocol itself is fairly standardized).
However, if you send video in some different format, then it may not work. For example, the listed output specs for the ATEM Streaming Bridge does not list any 720p formats, only 1080p:

This is consistent with what the ATEM Mini Pro is capable of sending, but it probably means that if you were to send a 720p RTMP stream to the ATEM Streaming Bridge, it likely will not work.
Note that there are a couple of other standalone hardware RTMP decoder units that are already available from other manufacturers as discussed in this thread:
