Hi Gary,
You still haven't answered my last question - I'd appreciate an answer please.
It's happened again today - I've updated the device with the latest update -
Downloaded 8.4 from the website, ran ATEM Setup, had the notice that the AMP needed updating so I selected to do so.
Installation gets to 70%, see my first image.

A minute or so later, the ATEM Mini Pro restarts and seems to be ready to go.
About 2 minutes later, I get my second image warning me the update has failed.

Low and behold however, it seems the device has updated, see third image - it's now 8.4

Why did I get the update failed message? Is this device a faulty one that needs replacing? (The fan can actually also sometimes be noisy on the software updates, it seems it's a little temperamental) Or does this happen with everyone? I'm using a MacBook Pro 13" from 2017 with macOS Mojave and a USBC lead. Is there any housekeeping that needs to be done within the update in that last 30%?
It's obviously cost me a reasonable amount of money, I'd like it to be working 100%.
Thanks very much,
Simon
