Where to download ATEM Software Control

Just bought the Mini Pro ISO.

I can´t find where to download the ATEM Software Control. Anyone who has the link?

ATEM Software Control is included with the ATEM Switchers Update downloads listed on the support page:

Really? I think only if you know what you are looking at. Do you mean it is in 'ATEM Switchers 8.5.3 Update', or something else? - I see nothing called 'ATEM Software Control' on the page you link to. My default assumption is that all the links are patches, not full products.
OK - when I actually click on 'Read more' against 'ATEM Switchers 8.5.3 Update', I find that it is actually ATEM Software Control and ATEM Installer, but I have to scroll down, even to find that. If you keep telling users about the wonderful ATEM Software Control, at least use the same name in the Support Center.
As a newbie, I am deeply disappointed in the unhelpfulness of the Blackmagic Design Support Center. If it were not for this question on the Forum, I would still be looking.

I second David C's thoughts. For a new user, it's definitely not clear how to download "ATEM Software Control". I searched on Bing using the site qualifier and was fortunate to find this forum entry.

I've come here with the same state of confusion. The manual refers to the Software Control Panel (proper noun), on the Support pages, it really should be called the same, or change the term in the Manual, one or the other. I'm writing here now, but I've still not found the right link.

Scroll down for the downloads. Yeah, it's weird the first time. On the Support page, you click on the category of device you are looking for. After you do that, scroll down to see the software for that product.

Guess what, 4 May 2024, it's still not clear how to download this software?

And on 2 Nov 2024 I STILL can't find it for the life of me!!!!!

The fact that they don't allow posting images makes it hard to show where those damn drivers are.

It will take you through the form to enter your Serial Number and your info,
only then the download will begin.

From the sounds of it to me you don't download the software it self. You download the ATEM Switchers update which then when you install the file that you may have for me which is a Macbook Pro so DMG.. It looked like it would install everything and then once you put the serial in everything should work as stated...

So far, my experience with Blackmagic Designs has not been friendly or even helpful. My ATEM Mini Pro ISO shipped with ZERO instructions, the box had been previously opened coming from the seller on Amazon.

Everything I was able to learn so far has come from watching product review videos -- and even those are mostly back-patting loaded with a bunch of attaboys.

I've been looking for this fabled ATEM Software Control thing and have not found it yet. You would think if we were spending upwards of $500+ on this little thing it would actually COME WITH THE SOFTWARE AND A FRIGGIN' MANUAL!

But no, apparently this costs extra or something. You've certainly haven't made it easy.

Sadly, this has gotten me nowhere, and I guess I will just have to send this thing back.

I could not see any links. Your twenty-year-old eyes might distinguish better than my 70-year-old eyes, but the lack of contrast between regular text and a hyperlink in this forum leaves a lot left to be desired.

My point still remains the same: why go through all the trouble of making it hard for the consumer to go directly to the repository by making us search high and low for it?

Even a simple Google search for "ATEM Software Control" doesn't take you directly there. Instead, it hides under the unlikely name of "ATEM Switchers 9.6.3 Update" which could be for just about anything BUT the ATEM Mini Pro.
