BMPCC6K - Wrong time

PostMon Sep 14, 2020 9:43 pm

Hey folks!

After setting up the date and clock of my bmpcc6k last week it shows the wrong time now. It seems like the inner clock of the camera is faster than the real time. Does anyone else has this issue and got this fixed somehow?

Btw: The problem exists since I bought the camera in April. At first I just let it go because I haven't updated it. Now after the newest update the problem still exists.

Best regards Damian

Damin, nothing to worry, this is just the way the camera clock system has been designed.
I've written about this in depth here:

The way BMD does goes back to the very first BMCC:

Saying "Thx for help!" is not a crime.

Thanks for your reply!

Is there a way to avoid this?

My last recording was 10 days ago and at today's shoot all time was wrong again.

Keep it powered or set it, that’s all you can do.
