ATEM Talkback Converter 4K - phantom power

I have purchased ATEM Talkback Converter 4K. I am trying to connect a microphone to the XLR microphone jack on the front panel, but it does not work. Tell me, should there be phantom power on this connector?

I believe the XLR connector on the ATEM Talkback Converter only works with dynamic microphones as there are no settings on the unit for enabling phantom power, I assume this is not supported.

Thanks Dave. On the previous ATEM Studio Converter, everyone used phantom power to the device, although this was not documented, so they decided that it would be the same here. Of course we got out of the situation by using a mic preamp. Dynamic microphones give a weak signal.

U can add phantom inserter between ATEM and Microphone .. Im using this one for 12V lowcost chinese headsets .. But it can insert 48V too ..
