Possibility to give different clip selection name

I thhink it would be great to have the possibility to give a different name of portions of same clip in the timeline in edit mode without creating subclips first. Often one can decide to for instance separate a clip and give a specific name to it without giving a new name of the entire clip.

Premiere Pro had this feature. I found it useful.
