Hello to all, I am new here.
I have here for some years a Intensity Shuttle and mostly use it for on location live streaming as a extra service.
1 year ago i did not have any problem but nw in media express it keeps on saying no device found
I did all the driver updates and desktop video is installed, the USB 3 drivers are fine, tested with external USB 3 hard drive
Checked in device Manager, windows 7, and the shuttle is listed without any flag.
Whatever I do it keeps on saying no device found in all software also not in Premiere there is no intensity as a capture option.
Hope someone can help me in this, thanks in advance
