record 1280x1024 on video assist

PostMon Jan 18, 2021 9:59 am

Hi
I am trying to connect a device that sends out 1280x1024 through an HDMI cable to my BM video assist. This output plays on regular TV/monitor, yet when I connect to either my video assist or an ATEM mini pro, nothing is seen, screen is just black. Anyone else had the same issue or is there a scaler that I can buy to convert it to something the BM devices would recognise. The device I am trying to record the output from is a hospital ultrasound product. I have no problem connecting to other devices that generate 1920x1080.
Thanks in advance

Add a Decimator MD-HX to fix this. As the Decimator will handle PC resolutions and convert them to Broadcast resolutions!

Welcome!
Can You help me. I think I have a similar problem and I am a beginner. I want to send an image from medical equipment (ultrasound camera). I need to send an image from an ultrsaound camera to the Atem Mini Pro ISO. The ultrasound camera transmits the image to the projector via HDMI, but my Atem cannot see it. How can I fix this problem? Do you have any idea? Thanks for the help!
