That's a big question. Googling will probably get you some good answers, but much depends on whether you will be doing solo podcasting vs. interviews (and it matters whether your interviews will be in person or remote).

At its most basic, for a one-person podcast, you could get by with a USB microphone and the free audio editor Audacity to record to. Once you start expanding the scope to include interviews with other people, it gets more complicated and requires more equipment. There are literally thousands of websites with info to get you started in podcasting; I'd suggest doing a Google search.

it depends what you want to do.
Search on YouTube. Lots of videos about Podcast set ups from a single mic to 8 channel podcast hardware etc
