URGENT DECKLINK 8K Pro not being detected

Hi all

After the instalation of Desktop Video 12.0.0

My card Decklink 8K Pro is no longer being detected by BMD Desktop video Application.

I tried uninstlaling and going to previous software version (11xx , 10xx). I can use it with basic control with Desktop video 10.11.4. I also tired different pci port, and no luck. Only sound feature (decklink 8Kpro 1 thru 4) are showing up in but no video
Any help would be great

windows 10 version 20H2

Maybe try this... In Windows Device Manager, uninstall all Decklink card devices and reboot.
System 1: Dell Precision 7810, Dual Xeon 2620, 72GB RAM, GeForce 1080ti 11GB, Win10 pro, Resolve Studio 17.4.
System 2: Custom build Intel i7-12700K, 64GB RAM, GeForce 1080ti 11GB, Ubuntu 22.04, Resolve Studio 17.4.
