Atem mini pro how to check correct work?

Now i had atem mini pro from some months.
Atem mini pro with pocket 4k, 6k, connected to mac with cable usb 3.2 to 3.0 / 2.0 bus.
Updated to last firmware. I tested different cables.
Some day work fine for 9 hours, some day start slower, with big delay (1-2 sec), and only after reboot two three times of atem start to work fine. And when start slower, during a day i need to reboot many times atem to work fine. Obviously i reboot also computer, but not ever change the problems.
Any idea?
when atem start wrong, is not only a web problem, if i start quicktime like grabber, also here give me problem to see it slower, Atem mini output work fine and go out realtime (i had monitor to see atem output).

for some day i can solve to use pocket4k connected to intensity pro, but i not spent over 750$ (here in italy bmd products are more expansive due import taxes and more) to not use atem during my teaching, lose ability to have 4 input, remoto control of camera and more...

Hi Mark, i'm on Catalina, i cannot go back be cause i had software to teach that work only on Catalina (and avoid big sur be cause some other software stop to work on Big Sur ).
unfortunately i should share screen by zoom be cause if i feed computer out like video in Zoom it compress a tons the screen and be unsuable.

i never installed catalina, so i can't say if the USB problems where there too
