Must be some kind of programming mistake, on how the handles work...

I expect a "singel" handle to show up, even though the file is longer!

This behaves as expected. The trim cursors depend on your mouse cursor position relative to the edit point.

The trim mode slip/slide may be the functionality you're after.

Yeah, this I would also think is as expected...

Is this SAME behaviour in pro tools? I don't think premiere pro or final cut, has more audio layers.

BUT could it be possible to get a BLUE line showing the underlaying track is longer? Or any good visual thing?
