Intensity Pro 4K - Audio Out

Hi There,

I'm thinking about buying an Intensity Pro 4K. Is it possible to plug my headphones directly onto the audio out (with a proper adapter)? Or would I need an amplifier for that?

Besides Resolve I'm also working with Avid Media Composer. Avid is not capable of outputting video and audio through separate interfaces. So once I'm choosing to use an Intensity Pro 4K, I'm not able to get audio from the headphone jack on the computer.

Ah I see.. it's a line out, so it is not suitable for headphones.

Not sure if it will work directly, but you can always add some cheap audio box which will work as headphones amplifier. This is rather easy to solve problem.

Actually I realised that there is another question. Not sure if analog audio outputs are active when you have SDI or HDMI monitoring output active (or only with analog video outputs)?
Do you know this?
If not then things gets more complicated as you would need HDMI/SDI de-embedder which are more expensive.
