speeding up loading time

each time i open Resolve, it's loading pretty slow. and while loading, it shows which part of the application is loading at the moment: looking for COntrol Surface etc... i wonder if there's an option to say to the app that I don't have the Control Surface once and forever, so it would load a bit faster?

The Control Surface part actually goes pretty quick. Resolve is typically hanging on something after that not listed in the splash screen.

Uncheck this and have listed only the drives you really need:

Can you please run Capture Logs from the Help menu and share that? Also, do you have any audio devices connected?
