Can't read Angel Bird card , How do I offload?

My Angel Bird card says I need to reformat before using after I formatted and recorded on it.
The Card will play the media in the camera just fine. How can I get the media off the card?
I tried connecting the camera directly to the PC but the PC is not seeing the camera as a drive.
What do I need to do to get my media offloaded?

Are you using the Angelbird card reader? I have encountered certain CFast 2 card readers will not recognize the Angelbird cards; and there are also CFast cards that an Angelbird card reader does not recognize.

Yes we use the Angel bird card readers.
tried a couple of them too.
Is there a way to connect the camera directly to the PC and be able to download directly?
I tried this too but , no luck getting the PC to see the camera as a drive.
Any other options?

I did contact Angel Bird but they sent an email saying it could be up to 5 days before they could respond.

i think you format the card as mac format (HFS+)
or have you format at your PC as fast and not deep?

When Mark is right (and I am thinking the same) and you formatted your card in camera to HFS+
then you can read your card after installing this:
