I have trouble setting up my H.264 Pro Recorder. I installed Desktop Video in 11.7 on Windows 10. The H.264 recorder shows up in windows manager. However, in the Desktop Video software itself did not recognize the recorder. Some previous posts in the forum suggest to enable BMD software in Startup menu, and it is enabled for me. Any suggestions on what I should do?
