We are using a BiDirectional SDI/HDMI 3G converter connected to the output of a BluRay player. The player has a valid HDMI 1080 signal which shows up on our monitors fine, but the LED on the HDMI input just flashes when connected to the same source. Have tried 4 different high quality cables.
Tried updating the software to Version 7.5.2, which appeared to work fine, but when we check it with the software utility, it says Version 7.5.1 Build 107bfbSd. So is that the current software?
