How to turn off letterbox on BMPCC4K HDMI Out?

I have clean feed enabled, and frame guide disabled. No matter what I do, the output from my BMPCC4k still has the letterboxed grey bars at the top and bottom, and in my case I would like them gone as I plan on broadcasting the HDMI out live. Any tips?

probably it's the resolution setting. Try 4k UHD (not DCI), and the HDMI out should be 16:9 full screen.
