Blackscreen in my projects

So i was doing a school project on davinci resolve 16, and figured that i should probably updatet it, so i made a back up of the database and didt that, but now when i look at my project its only black, i hear the sound fine, but i cant see anything, and if i try to import media i have used in my school project into a new one, then its also black, with only sound.
Please help
