multibridge connection problem

Hello all, I can´t connect my multibridge pro to my windows 10 pc...I´m using the original DVI type cable, the little pci board inside the pc and the multibrige pro.
I can see the red led in the internal board and when i plug the cable to the brige I can see two yelow leds that are turned on...yet the desktop video software says that I have no device connected.
Any suggestions?

This probably should go in the Live Production section, not the Resolve section.
