Resolve 17.1.1 is slow to start

I'm posting this not to complain, but to see if others have this problem.
Maybe it's totally normal and expected, or maybe I have a problem with my computer.

25 secs to load the Projects Manager

Looking for control surface & Loading waveform monitor are pretty slow.

An option to activate so Resolve doesn't look for the control surface?

I'm on Windows 10 - 20H2
12 cors 3900x
64 Gb of memory
Resolve is on a nvme ssd
RTX 3080 with the last studio drivers 462.31
I have my anti-virus deactivated
I tried with all the OFX plugins deactivated

It was the same with older drivers and the beta version of 17

Is there something I can do to speed up things? Or tips to diagnose potential bottlenecks?

Is that on first application load upon booting the system? What if you quit and restart the application? I get 35 seconds for the first startup and then 18 afterwards.

First application after the boot, or 3h after, it's pretty much the same, 20 to 25 secs.
It's not far from 18, but I saw someone saying he only waits for 4 secs before getting the projects manager window

17.2 is WAAAY faster on my machine! Thanks BMD!
5-7 secs to get to the projects page... then 1-2 secs to open a project!

It think this is the best fix you ever made!
