Still ID / Clip Number in Data Burn-In (Project)

PostFri Apr 16, 2021 3:43 pm

Hello, neither in the manual nor here in the forum can I find any information for the following question:

Is there somehow a trick how to get the Still ID placed in Data Burn-In?

When I do "Grab Still" these values are read out

But %{Still ID} does not exist...

I have tried a workaround to copy this ID together from track level and clip number.

I get the track level spit out: %{Track Number}

%{Clip #} Unfortunately, this does not lead to any result, or nothing appears.

Who can give me a tip?

I'm confused. Data Burn-In is for clips in a timeline.

Grabbed stills are not.

So...?

Hello Jim,

this means that basically the program can read and use this meta data (or however you name / call -> "Still ID"). Apart from that this Screenshot was made at the Color Page.

Sorry. I'm still lost.

Grabbed Stills don't get added to a timeline, so there's nothing for Burn In to grab.

Who knows how to place "Clip Number" in Data Burn-In?

As a clip number, it is more sufficient if the clip number is given at the respective track level.

In this given Example it is the 4th Clip on track Level V4 -> Color-Page-Clip-Gallery.png

and if you Grap this Still the following Number (2.4.3) will be generated in the Gallery (Color-Page-Gallery.png) which is defined by:
2. (Track Level)
4. (4th Clip)
3. Still Version of this grabed Clip (not Node Version)

@jim, did you saw all attachments? I hope you understand my Problem now. I want to see / recognise in the Rendered Video File which Frame is generated with which Clip & Grade Version etc.
