Why does this happen whenever I render my videos?

Hi, this may sounds stupid but this makes me annoying. I am a newbie, so please help :|

Whenever I render a video, the render range bar (I don't know the exact name of it. sorry) suddenly pop up at Edit page, and won't disappear, even if I reload the resolve.

I tried to change the In/Out range => Entire timeline, but it won't work. And when this happens, copying and pasting clips malfunctions. (Automatically pasted to the end of the clip, no matter where I put my mouse)

I'll attach some pictures. PLEASE HELP :(

On the edit page, try Option (Alt) x to clear the i/o marks

Btw, would you tell me why does this happen? I don't want to suffer this kind of problem again...

At some stage you selected an in and out point on the edit page.

i can recommend the training videos and the extensive manual, inc the getting started chapters.
