Hello,
I've been working with Davinci version 16.2.7 for months without any problems. Then out of the blue, Davinci crashed and after restarting the program suddenly this error message comes up.
"The GPU failed to perform image processing because of an error. Error Code 702." What does this error mean Unfortunately, I cannot find an explanation for this error. I checked RAM and GPU memory. Without findings.
I have an Nvidia Quadro P4000.
I reset my Davinci "Preferences" to the standard settings and downgraded the Nvidia driver version to version 452.06.
I was able to generate a log file via CaptureLogs. Unfortunately I am not able to evaluate this file.
Is it possible to upload this file here? Are there specialists here who can use this data to identify where the error is?
At the moment everything is working again. But it would still be nice to know what is causing this error.
