Effects Library or Effects?

I downloaded the latest free version of DaVinci directly from the site. Every tutorial I have seen shows an "Effects Library" with a very specific list of tools within that tab. My version has "Effects" with a completely different list of tools. Can someone please help me to figure out either how to change my interface so it matches the one with "Effects Library" or help me learn how to use the interface I have.

Try The Beginner’s Guide to DaVinci Resolve 17 Jason. I think it's bar fer the best way to learn Resolve.
