Resolve cannot submit Problem Reports

Every time Davinci Resolve crashes (which is every time I use my computer!) it tries to submit a Problem Report. When I click "Send" in the Problem Report window it gives an error in red, saying

"Unable to connect. Please check your network connectivity and try again."

My network connectivity is absolutely fine, but the problem report never, ever works.

Same here. I've never been able to send a report.

a. Please check for https connectivity issues to https://blackmagicdesign.com using the following method:
• Download and extract the curl tool - https://curl.se/download.html - to a folder of your choice.
• In Windows Powershell, cd to this folder and execute:

curl -vI https://blackmagicdesign.com

• The result should be something like this (followed by additional certificate and header information):

* Trying 52.8.86.135:443...
* TCP_NODELAY set
Connected to blackmagicdesign.com

• If your result does not match, you may have an issue with your network setup.

b. Please check if you have firewalls/proxies/antivirus settings preventing specific apps from using port 443.

does it work if you invoke them separately? Like:

Executing curl in PowerShell invokes the PowerShell alias for the internal Invoke-WebRequest command.

Try using the complete path to the curl.exe file instead.
