BMD no longer offering emaill support?

Have BMD stopped offering email support for Resolve? I contacted them a week ago and haven't received a reply. Is this normal delays due to the pandemic?

I've always had good results with their phone support. Maybe give that a try?
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
