Make black part of mask transparent

Hey guys,
I´ve tracked an ellipse and want the black part of the mask become transparent.
How can I achieve that?

Check the invert checkbox in the mask ?

Than I have the opposite, I just want the black part of the ellipse become transparent

Did you try? Because now the part inside the mask is transparent. (and the rest is black) so if you invert the mask what is now black should become transparent.

Or maybe you mean something else and I'm understanding you wrong.

Hey Sander de Regt,
thanks for the reply. Yes I tried it and I don´t want become the transparent part become black.
My goal is that the black part of the ellipse get additionally transparent.
I think I have to add a Luma Keyer for that or try it in the color page with an qualifier.

No need to do that. Just add a rectangle mask set to the full image as the garbage matte of the ultrakeyer, the feed the output of the ellipse mask into that rectangle mask and set the rectangle mask to 'invert' in the combine drop-down and you probably should be good to go.
