Difficult question, maybe on cut page. Speed of clip

I will try to explain as best as possible. When I am cutting a video of a tennis game, I want to cut out the in-between points time. As I hit (L) the video begins to move regular speed. When I hit (L) again it moves 2X. When I hit it again, it moves to 4X. Is there anyway for it to Go 1x then 2x then 3x instead of 4x. Thanks Roman

No, it only goes in 2x increments. You could instead try using the Jog Wheel for more precise control.
