Scaling is good on Mac, where QT originated.
Qt over here is not QuickTime, it's just Qt, which is a bog-standard implementation for cross-platform GUI in pretty much every professional app out there.
The difference being, that while pretty much every single app out there has implemented GUI scaling to accommodate for the hardware variety that Windows accommodates, Resolve stubbornly remains probably the
only major app out there to have no implementation whatsoever except doubling in size. It's an embarrassing situation for Resolve, and it's been enough to push me back to Premiere for the meantime, because I can't use Resolve's clown superscaled interface on the monitors I own.
I refuse to put a gigantic 32+ inch monitor on my desk just because of Resolve's archaic inability to handle 4K resolutions like a modern app should. At 32 inches I lose all the crisp text and vector resolution that I upgraded to 4K for in the first place.
