Blackmagic RAW File Unsupported Format or Damaged File

PostWed Oct 27, 2021 3:21 pm

Been working on a project for several months now using Blackmagic RAW Files on Premiere Pro and haven't been having issues. However, this sunday our vidographer got some more footage and now when I try to open these new files on my PC the video player doesn't play the videos (I'm using Blackmagic Raw Player Version 1.5.2). Other files still work, just not the new footage from this weekend. When I try to import them into Premiere Pro, I get the messege "Unsupported Format or Damaged File." Unbeknownst to me, Premere Pro updated to the new 2022 version.

Is this an issue on the part of Primere or the Blackmagic Player/Files? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Update the BRAW Player, your version is very old
BRAW Studio FREE and Premium for Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with a brand new Desktop .BRAW Player and Color Grader, as well as an automatic White Balance Color Picker tool
